Déjà vu...

Ralph_Lauren_Couldnt_makethisUp

I can imagine David Lauren cruising the Blogosphere for references, seeing this and thinking "Can't make this up... W could shoot this in Little Italy along that leaning wall of St. Patrick's Old Cathedral on Prince. Not exactly the same but just as iconic, it felt as if I had seen this image many times before? Digital Déjà vu? Meanwhile, what ever happened to David's Swing magazine? I used to love that publication.

Need To Catch Up...

DSC_0035
For a while I have been trying to get to Redchurch St and see if these two women were still around... Firstly, because I so enjoyed chatting with these women and their ambition to open a Pop-Up foe Christmas... Secondly, the woman on the right had such a great smile but tensed as I was about to snap... But because pro-bloggers are all bombarded with PR to push their clients brand however we set up as a project to document real street fashion and and my interests in writing social history since 1955 the year of my birth... Very first shot of the day before I even considered lighting and as you can see I had already lost the light for the day... But, I still think you can see her great style, love the grays... PS: She was out vintage shopping and found nothing... DSC_0015Introducing myself with the "Have you come as the World's-Tallest-Pixie?" She laughed "We're Australian"... She was so lady-like and chic... Because I was so rushed I could not learn too much But imagining a back story "I think he's a surfer in London spending winnings on the surfers circuit, while they wind their way back to AUS"Xx

PS: She was tall...

Also recommend the Nightwatch,an unusual psychological thriller with some Danish humor. Watch it if you can find in a format that works for you.
Talking about Charlie Rose, PBS is coming to European cable, Hooray... I may even start watching TV again...
