Santa Meetup

London never ceases to amuse…

On our regular Saturday visit to Camden Market we came across over a 1,000 Santas who took over a pub garden with a meetup… They had a few drinks and disappeared completely confusing all the regulars at the pub…

ROMINA KARAMANEA Interview…

Romina Karamanea has been called the “goddess of intellectual clothing”…

She was born into fashion, her parents owned a well-known department store in Athens. A graduate of Central Saint Martin's, who has worked for many prominent designers and a major American lingerie brand…

Her S/S 07 collection can be seen in progressive boutiques such as B-Store in London, Gallerie De Vie in Hong Kong, Liborious in Iceland and in Studio Avra in Greece. Also expect to see her A/W 07-08 in US stores such OAK in New York, and Le train Bleu in Portland, OR...

Romina tells us about her new collection, gives advice to aspiring designers and more…

Our recent Swiss Vacation…

STYLE AND THE CITY

The Swiss are very discreet. Consequently, we agreed that we would not expect to capture any street fashion images while in Geneva and almost forgot to bring our sleek little new camera when we went window-shopping.

However, from the moment we reached the chic shopping streets we were blown away with the incredible style. A yummy mummy wearing a pair of cute flat round-toed black and white Chanel high boots…

Next we spotted a lovely young lady dressed as an urban ballerina, who we assumed had to work in fashion or high-end fashion retail to be so experimental. She wore very expensive black patent ballet pump, black tights and black woolen leg warmers, all under an updated black net-tutu cut longish, to about two inches above the knee…

Unfortunately they were all walking at high speed on their mobile telephones, making it impossible for us to ask for a photograph…
