Especially in Westminster where most of the news is negitave they have put up the cost of parking up to £4.80  it seems till 01:00 am so that only the wealthy can enjoy the amenities it offers and most of Oxford Street and its Tat...

Waifs and that x-factor...

After taking this pic I remembered a pic of Luisa's which has always been one of my favorite images on the blog which was taken... An odd coincidence later that evening an Anonymous commenter had gone all the way back towards the beginning of the blog and identified our original waif, Juno Temple and another coincidence that I knew  Julien her father around LA in the 1980's...
