That Sikh is a Akali Nihang - he is a saintly warrior - elegant yet lethal. Fighting for love, divinity and purity. The image of immaculate love.

hmm... if i am correct then this is no oridnary Sikh. I believe the loose cloth at the top of his turban signifies a high rank of General amongst the Sikh army known as Nihangs. Nihangs are distinguished from regular Sikhs by their blue dress and style of turban. Only Nihangs who have proven themselves or have special abilties recieve this loose cloth which is known as a 'farla'. I have never met or even heard of any Nihang outside of their native India who has a farla - you are very very lucky to have bumped into him. Do you know his name or have any of his details? What a rare and beautiful event. Nihangs have a very striking presence about them and possess extraordinary charisma. Excellent pictures!
